Day 1: Chennai Arrival
On arrival, our representative will greet you and take you for sightseeing in Chennai.
Chennai is the capital city of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located on theCoromandel Coast off the Bay of Bengal, it is the biggest industrial and commercial centre in South India, and a major cultural, economic and educational centre. Chennai is known as the "Detroit of India" for its automobile industry. Chennai is the third-largest city and fourth-most populous metropolitan area in the country and 31st-largest urban area in the world.
Day 2: Chennai sightseeing
After having breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing in and around Chennai. Return back to hotel and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 3: Chennai – Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Early morning travel by road to Kanchipuram and visit Kailasnatha Temple. Drive to Mamallapuram and overnight stay at Hotel.
Mahabalipuram, also known as Mamallapuram is a town in Kancheepuram district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is around 60 km south from the city of Chennai. It is an ancient historic town and was a bustling seaport during the time of Periplus (1st century CE) and Ptolemy (140 CE). Ancient Indian traders who went to countries of South East Asia sailed from the seaport of Mahabalipuram.
Day 4: Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry
After breakfast proceed to Pondicherry. Visit Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Sri Aurobindo Handmade paper Factory, etc and overnight stay at Hotel.
Pondicherry is a city, an urban agglomeration and a municipality in Pondicherry district in the Indian union territory of Puducherry. It is affectionately known as Pondy, and has been officially known by the alternative name Puducherry since 2006.
Day 5: Pondicherry - Thanjavur
After breakfast proceed to Thanjavur. Visit Brihadishwara Temple & Fort and overnight stay at Hotel.
Thanjavur, formerly Tanjore, is a city in the south Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Thanjavur is an important center of South Indian religion, art, and architecture. Most of the Great Living Chola Temples, which are UNESCO World Heritage Monuments, are located in and around Thanjavur. The foremost among these, the Brihadeeswara Temple, is located in the centre of the city. Thanjavur is also home to Tanjore painting, a painting style unique to the region.
Day 6: Thanjavur - Trichi
After breakfast proceed to Trichy. Visit Rock Fort and Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple and overnight stay at Hotel.
Tiruchirappalli , also called Tiruchi or Trichy, is a city in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu and the administrative headquarters of Tiruchirappalli District. It is the fourth largest municipal corporation and the fourth largest urban agglomeration in the state.
Day 7: Trichi - Madurai
After breakfast proceed to Madurai. Visit Sri Meenakshi amman Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace, etc and overnight stay at Hotel.
Madurai is the third largest city in Tamil Nadu. and the administrative headquarters of Madurai District in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is the third largest city and 31st urban agglomeration in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. Located on the banks of River Vaigai, Madurai has been a major settlement for two millennia and is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world.
Day 8: Madurai - Ooty
After breakfast proceed to Ooty and overnight stay at Hotel.
Udhagamandalam , sometimes abbreviated Udhagai and better known as Ooty , is a town, a municipality, and the district capital of the Nilgiris district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is located 80 km north of Coimbatore. It is a popular hill station located in the Nilgiri Hills.
Day 9: Ooty sightseeing
After breakfast proceed to mudumalai national park and other sightseeing places. Return back and overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 10: Mudumalai National Park
Full day leisure and stay at Mudumalai National Park.
Day 11: Mudumalai - Coimbatore
After breakfast proceed to Nilgiri Blue Mountain to Mettupalayam. Then proceed to Coimbatore and overnight stay over there.
Coimbatore also known as Kovai, is a city in India. It is the second largest city and urban agglomeration in the Indianstate of Tamil Nadu, after Chennai and the sixteenth largest urban agglomeration of India. It is one of the fastest growing tier-II cities in India and a major textile, industrial, commercial, educational, information technology, healthcare and manufacturing hub of Tamil Nadu.
Day 12: Coimbatore Departure
After breakfast proceed to Coimbatore airport / Railway station for Departure. Travel back home with wonderful memories.
You will be provided with breakfast at all hotels.
